| My husband and I have been customers at Advanced Automotive for nearly 20 years! The service, professionalism, and honesty is unparalleled by any other automotive repair! I remember a time when my GMC dealership was trying to rip me off and took my car to Joe at Advanced Automotive for a second opinion The repair needed was under $300 and the dealership was trying to rip me off for something close to $1000! The great news is Advanced Automotive as does vehicle warranty work! We moved out of Putnam 2 1/2 years ago and still bring all 3 of our Vehicles to Advanced Automotive! | Recently brought in my car to get serviced for an issue with ABS system and was told that a test drive/diagnostic showed nothing wrong. The same day of taking the car home, the vehicle would not accelerate and ended up stuck on the side of the road.Keep in mind that there was a charge of 140$ to tell me there was no problem in the car when in reality their clearly an issue with it.Very unhappy...Could have been dangerous if the vehicle got stuck on the highway. |
