| After living in the Carmel area for over 32 years, finally we have found a mechanic to trust! There is nothing worse than a car needing repair and a service department that is always suggesting things that need to be done and the owner never knowing if it really needs to be done or it is just their suggestion. Advanced Auto does not do that. Joe always takes care of us. He explains the work that needs to be done and gives us a timeline. His prices are fair. What a committed small business owner in Carmel. | We moved into town almost 5 years ago and a friend recommended Advanced Automotive. Over the last several years Joe and his team have been outstanding. I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to in this case. Prices are always fair and reasonable. My wife and I bring our cars in for oil changes, inspections, snow tires, routine maintenance. We hit a deer. Joe to the rescue - ordered us a new grill and signed the insurance papers for us. Car wouldn't start - Joe took us in for emergency service and replaced the battery. Noticed the brakes needed to be replaced, did it on the same day he put on the snows. Honestly, Advanced Automotive is everything you hope for in an auto mechanic and more. |
